1. Agreement to Terms

By browsing the Ledzora website or submitting project inquiries, you agree to comply with these terms. Formal software development engagements are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, graphics, and written website content are the property of Ledzora. Client deliverables and custom source code are assigned in full to clients upon final invoice settlement as set forth in custom project contracts.

3. Service Inquiries & Estimates

Information and timelines provided via website consultation forms represent preliminary planning estimates and become legally binding only when formalized within an executed Statement of Work.
